If you get on his bad side he won’t talk to you anymore and just avoid you. The regional manager and myself came to the agreement it was bad enough for us to move out and we did by the time frame and they waited a couple of months and then put it against my credit and totally went against their word and when I call they to talk about it they don’t talk to me and just hang up. If it’s not in writing they will lie to get what they want. And I am a vet and my sons immune disorder and they didn’t care or even try to meet in the middle. Just put to take advantage of everyone.
